Entries list date, by whom received, and a tally of the number of guns, bayonets, belts, scaboards, gunslings, ramrods, c. boxes, etc. A large portion of record is devoted to lists of the casualities among the various companies of the 4th Mass. Regiment. Also includes various receipts and promissory notes.
